Steven Lamb, Chief Executive Officer
Steve is the quintessential serial entrepreneur and a natural leader. Over the past 20 years he has steered three software ventures to acquisition by international public entities. In addition to building Border Network Technologies and the original Nevex Software into multimillion-dollar acquisition targets, Steve was involved in the launch of an e-commerce software product that enabled small and midsized business to operate securely over the web. Two years later, Inex Corporation was acquired by InfoSpace Corporation.
In 2009, he persuaded his colleague, Rayan Zachariassen, and fellow engineer Laryn Fernandes, to form a new company to develop a server caching solution that would increase the performance of IO-bound applications – NEVEX Virtual Technologies.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Toronto.
